WHAT'S THE ROLE?

In this role you will create the necessary standards for the newly created function of Project Execution Managers and support regional and local organizations in their implementation process, as well as drive continuous improvements to ensure state of the art project execution across the globe.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Join us in revolutionizing project management for Large Projects at Hilti In this role, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of our standards and processes worldwide directly impacting our customer’s experience. Collaborate with diverse teams to pilot and refine global standards, ensuring seamless integration across logistics, IT, and other functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, coach teams, and support regions in adopting best practices. Shape the future of project execution management (PEM) through roadmap development, coaching sessions, and investment planning. Co-own system-related processes and develop insightful dashboards for performance monitoring. WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- A Masters degree in (supply chain, engineering, business administration or equal
- 5+ years working experience in a global company (in areas of logistics, supply chain, production, project management or project business) - knowledge of construction industry a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills, capable to analyse and communicate complex topics
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Fluency in spoken and written English, other languages a plus
