WHAT'S THE ROLE?

In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of creating the standards for our brand-new Product Modification function. You will play a key part in guiding regional and local teams through the implementation process while consistently pushing for advancements to ensure top-notch product modification processes across the entire Hilti Group.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As the Global Process Manager - Product Modification, you will play a vital role in transforming our PFU network. Working closely with Business Unit Units and Market Organization, you will establish working standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all processes. Together, we will create a comprehensive global process map, continuously improving it through innovative Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP). Your role will involve driving the implementation and execution of this map in PFUs, while upholding stringent quality process governance. Tracking performance with dashboards and incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) and steering tools will be a key part of your responsibilities. Not only that, but you will also provide crucial coaching to PFU Heads, fostering a culture of excellence. Get ready to support strategic supply management initiatives and facilitate knowledge exchange, where Lean principles become a standard on the shop floor. WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- A Masters degree in (supply chain, engineering, business administration or equal
- 5+ years working experience in a global company (in areas of logistics, supply chain, production, project management or project business) - knowledge of construction industry a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills, capable to analyse and communicate complex topics
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Fluency in spoken and written English, other languages a plus
