We have an exciting new job opportunity to join our team. Working for our client, the second worldwide cruise line, you’ll have the chance to combine your experience as a traveler, with the sense of adventure by helping our customers to book their onboard vacation and offer unique ways to explore the world.

**_ What you will do:_**
- Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients' preferences;
- Scheduling travel and lodging arrangements and perform other administrative tasks required for scheduling the trip;
- Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans;
**_What do we offer:_**
- A contract with Conduent - it will be extended based on performance assessment;
- 7 weeks of training (on-site) + 2 weeks of nesting (on-site); after that possible to work hybrid 1-2 days from home - based on performance;
- Hourly Salary: EUR 13,80 + EUR 0,60 office supplement per working hour + language(s) supplement depending on the combination of your Swedish/ Norwegian/ Danish languages skills.
- Monthly bonus based on performance.
- Scheduled working time: Monday to Friday from 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM, with 2 short breaks of 15 min each and 30 min lunch break; Saturday rotation once every month: 10.00 AM - 05.00 PM;

**_What we expect from you:_**
- Excellent skills of Norwegian and Swedish languages (C1+) as well as fluent English (B2+); Danish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills;
- Sales mindset that can help to promote travel packages and increase sales for the employer.
- Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach and attention to detail.
