**Dit ga jij doen**

Als Marketing Performance Analyst ondersteun je het Marketing & Sales team met inzichten in de behaalde resultaten over de verschillende Marketing kanalen heen. Je ondersteunt bij het opzetten van nieuwe (online) campagnes en het leadproces met Sales, ook maak je continue monitors & ad hoc analyses.
- Bedenken, opzetten en optimaliseren van management rapportages uit Marketo om de ROI te bewaken van Marketing activiteiten.
- Analyses van verbanden over diverse Marketing kanalen zoals impact analyses van acties en campagnes, zodat doelen per kanaal behaald kunnen worden.
- Beheren van Marketing Database aspecten zodat campagnes juiste doelgroepselecties ontvangen.
- Je adviseert over de ontwikkeling van acties, doelgroepen en procesflow, waarbij je ook de data processen documenteert.
- Genereren van lead rapportages en identificeren van potentiële nieuwe klanten.

**Dit ben jij**
- Excel, Power BI, Webanalytics, Python en SQL zijn jouw “happy place” in werk, waar je vlot mee overweg kan. Een nieuwe tool leren doe je dan ook snel en met plezier.
- Je gaat graag analytisch te werk en hier ligt ook jouw kracht;
- Jouw resultaat gerichte en standvastige instelling, zorgt ervoor dat je proactief naar kansen voor verbetering zoekt en deze uitvoert.
- Eerdere ervaring met een (Marketing) support rol is een pré.
- Online en digital Marketing, Communicatie en Sales processen hebben weinig geheimen voor jou.
- Jij biedt proactief hulp aan collega’s om samen een doel te bereiken.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig aangelegd, waarbij je vernieuwend en out of the box denkt.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en een echte verbinder.
- Accuraat, planmatig en gestructureerd werken is voor jou dé manier.
- Goed Nederlands en Engels spreken en schrijven, is een eitje
- MBO +, HBO werk en denk niveau

- Een salaris tussen de €3831 en €6385 bruto per maand (op basis van ervaring en 40 uur per week)
- Een te verdienen bonus van maximaal 2,5% van jouw jaarsalaris
- Een contract voor mínimaal 32 uur per week
