**Bei uns wird dir garantiert nicht langweilig, denn du**:

- Bist am Empfang erste: r Ansprechpartner: in für alle Mietparteien und Gäste unseres Workspaces und übernimmst Office-Führungen und Besichtigungen
- Stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller operativen und administrativen Aufgaben sicher, bist Gastgeber: in und Hauptansprechpartner: in vor Ort und somit verantwortlich für die Kundenzufriedenheit
- Nimmst Anrufe entgegen, bist für die Verteilung und Versendung der Post zuständig und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie das Bestellwesen inklusive Rechnungskontrolle sowie die Inventur
- Stellst Sauberkeit und Ordnung im gesamten Workspace sicher, organisierst die öffentlichen Flächen und bestückst regelmäßig unsere Kaffeeküche bzw. Vending Machine
- Übernimmst das Onboarding neuer Mietparteien und bist Ansprechpartner: in und Markenbotschafter: in für alle Belange des Workspaces
- Bist für die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Tagungen und Veranstaltungen sowie deren Betreuung zuständig
- Organisierst eigenständig unsere regelmäßigen Community Events und führst diese durch
- Kümmerst dich im täglichen Austausch mit den Mietparteien um den Aufbau und die Pflege des Netzwerkes der gesamten Ruby Gruppe sowie den Verkauf von Meeting
- und Eventflächen
- Arbeitest eng mit der Abteilung Sales zusammen und unterstützt diese, beispielsweise bei der Pflege von Datei oder der Erstellung von Angebots
- und Vertragsunterlagen

**Wir haben schon auf dich gewartet, denn du**:

- Hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder im Bereich Office Management/Coworking gesammelt - vielleicht auch schon im Ausland
- Verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Bringst eine positive und herzliche Ausstrahlung, ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und einen empathischen Umgang mit Gästen und Kolleg: innen mit
- Erkennst Bedürfnisse und kannst unseren Mietparteien hierbei beratend zur Seite stehen
- Bist ein Organisationstalent mit sehr guten Multitasking-Fähigkeiten und gehst professionell mit Konflikten und deren Lösungsfindung um
- Denkst nachhaltig und hilfst proaktiv dabei, umweltfreundlichere Alternativen zu finden, Ressourcen zu schonen und Verschwendung zu vermeiden
- Zählst eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten zu deinen Stärken
- Bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
