Mr. Gyoza, een high-end gyoza en cocktailbar gespecialiseerd in comfort food, is op zoek naar vaste front-of-house medewerkers. Als familiebedrijf runnen we een drukbezochte locatie die zowel efficiënt als uitdagend is. We zoeken toegewijde individuen die aan de volgende eisen voldoen:
**Ervaring**:

- Kandidaten met eerdere ervaring in een high-end serviceomgeving.
- Sterke kennis en interesse in de Japanse keuken en drankjes is essentieel. Hoewel we trainingen aanbieden, verwachten we dat je serieus bent, aantekeningen maakt, en alles aan onze gasten kunt uitleggen.

**Multitasking**:

- De ideale kandidaat kan meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uitvoeren, waaronder gastinteractie, het serveren van eten, het afhandelen van betalingen, en het behouden van overzicht zonder stress of paniek, zelfs tijdens drukke periodes.

**Vakantie**:

- Mr. Gyoza is niet het hele jaar door geopend. We sluiten de zaak periodiek om op te laden en vragen je om je vakanties rond onze planning te organiseren om een naadloze servicecontinuïteit te waarborgen.

**Hulp in de Keuken**:

- Naast je front-of-house taken, kan het zijn dat we je vragen om eenvoudige taken in de keuken te verrichten.

**Vergoeding**:

- Freelancers: Startbasis van €20 per uur exclusief BTW.
- Contractmedewerkers: €16 per uur inclusief belasting, gebaseerd op een 25-urige werkweek.
- Extra voordelen zijn fooien, personeelsmaaltijden tijdens elke dienst, en 50% korting wanneer je dineert met een plus één.

Mr. Gyoza, a high-end gyoza and cocktail bar specializing in comfort food, is seeking permanent front-of-house staff. As a family-owned business, we operate a high-volume venue that is both efficient and challenging. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can meet the following requirements:
**Experience**:

- A strong knowledge and interest in Japanese cuisine and drinks is essential. While we provide training, we expect you to be serious, take notes, and be able to explain everything to our guests.

**Multitasking**:
**Vacation**:

- Mr. Gyoza is not open year-round. We close the shop periodically to recharge, and we ask that you plan your holidays around our schedule to ensure seamless service continuity.

**Kitchen Assistance**:

- In addition to front-of-house duties, we may require your assistance in the kitchen with simple tasks.

**Compensation**:

- Freelancers: Starting base rate of €20 per hour excluding BTW.
- Contract Employees: €16 per hour including tax, based on a 25-hour workweek.
- Additional perks include tips, staff meals for every shift, and a 50% discount when dining with a plus one.
