**Ons bedrijf/afdeling**
Van TASKI vloerschrobmachines die je bij de Albert Heijn ziet, tot de schoonmaakmiddelen die professionele schoonma(a)k(st)ers gebruiken bij het reinigen van een winkel tot de desinfectiegels in hotels, wasmiddelen voor professioneel gebruik en infectiepreventiesprays voor in de (zakelijke) keuken. Dat is wat wij doen.
Onze afdeling Technical Customer Service is verantwoordelijk voor de technische dienstverlening aan klanten. De nadruk ligt op het opleveren van installaties en verzorgen van het onderhoud daarvan. We hebben hiervoor een team met 50 monteurs in de Benelux. De monteurs zijn regionaal ingedeeld en krijgen door een eigen planningsteam werk toebedeeld. Dit werk kan worden aangeleverd door klanten (verzoek om onderhoud of reparatie aan apparatuur/machines) of sales collega’s (montage opdrachten voor nieuwe installaties).
**De functie**
Voor onze Technisch Customer Service Benelux zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die op een meertalige planningsafdeling de in
- en outbound contacten binnen de Benelux coördineert. Je stelt een optimale klanttevredenheid centraal en biedt ondersteuning aan je collega’s. Vanuit dit uitgangspunt probeer je de afdeling verder te professionaliseren en te structureren. De hoofdtaal zal Nederlands. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Director Technical Customer Service & Applicatie Expertise.
**De kerntaken**
- Aanname en verwerken storingen & montage opdrachten;
- Afwikkeling inkomende / uitgaande telefoongesprekken;
- Inplannen reparaties, plaatsingen & onderhoud van de monteurs;
- Bijhouden diverse websites externe leveranciers;
- Uitvoeren diverse overige administratieve werkzaamheden;
- Telefonisch oplossen van storingen waar mogelijk;
- Aanspreekpunt voor monteurs, sales & overige collega’s.
**Profiel**
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je hebt affiniteit met coördineren, plannen en administratie;
- Je hebt geografische kennis van de Benelux of affeniteit dit te leren kennen;
- Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en bent in staat in een zeer dynamische werkomgeving goed te functioneren;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je kunt hoofdtaken goed scheiden van bijzaken;
- Je bent zeer commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld, zowel voor externe als interne klanten;
- Je houdt ervan om initiatief te nemen en alle noodzakelijke taken op eigen initiatief te verrichten;
- Je kunt goed met mensen omgaan;
- Je bent stressbestendig;
- Je bent een absolute teamspeler maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken;
- Je bent gedreven en flexibel;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van IT systemen.
