**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all sales activities in France, including developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on NGOs, religious institutions, and other key market segments.
- Manage complex sales relationships, including multi-stakeholder negotiations and long sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine strategies and ensure Moodus’s competitive edge.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team in France as the market grows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in complex sales environments.
- Native French speaker or fluent in both written and spoken French.
- Strong knowledge of the French market, including cultural and regulatory aspects.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.
- Experience in the SaaS/PaaS industry is preferred.
