**Medewerker Customer Relations**

Met een stralende persoonlijkheid ben jij niet alleen het zonnetje in huis, maar straks ook op ons kantoor in Eindhoven Altijd in voor een gezellig praatje, of het nu met collega’s is of met klanten Bovendien ben jij iemand die in oplossingen denkt, niet in problemen.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Medewerker Customer Relations ben jij het eerste contactpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je voor een uitstekende service. Elke dag is een uitdaging om klanten tevreden te stellen in een dynamische internationale omgeving. Wat er ook gebeurt, jij bent de rots in de branding voor onze klanten.

**Verder behoren tot je takenpakket**:

- Het administratief afhandelen van de orderportefeuille en klachten.
- Het controleren van de (gedeeltelijk geautomatiseerde) order entry.
- Het onderhouden van klantcontact en het beheren en uitbouwen van klantrelaties.
- Het verstrekken van informatie en het beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en mail.
- Het afhandelen van klachten.

Er is binnen dit takenpakket natuurlijk ruimte voor eigen invulling en het benutten van jouw kwaliteiten.

**Wie ben jij ?**
- Je beschikt over MBO werk
- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt affiniteit met de Retail/DIY en Automotive sector;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels:

- Spreek je Frans? Dit is een pré, want onze Belgische en Franse klanten kletsen ook graag in hun eigen taal;
- Je bent een teamplayer maar ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken;
- Je bent resultaat
- en klantgericht;
- Uitstekende beheersing van relevante applicaties, denk hierbij aan Outlook, Word en Excel;
- Je hebt een positieve houding.
