We mainly work from our cozy office in Haarlem.

You are someone who helps customers with attention and empathy. You have excellent social skills, and it makes you happy to make others happy. Do you also have a love for interior design and styling? Then you are at the right place with us

Art Heroes is in full bloom, and we continue to grow. That's why we're looking for reinforcement:

- You are social, communicative, and know how to make people happy.
- You have an excellent command of the German language, both verbally and in writing.
- Living in the Netherlands.
- Speaking and writing in English is a plus, given our international growth.
- You like to think along with customers and aim for the best solution.
- You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and can handle pressure well.
- You are familiar with computers (Mac) and the internet.
- Experience with online customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is a must.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
- A passion for interior design and styling is a nice extra.
- You have at least an MBO level of work and thinking.
- Mastery of the Dutch language is a plus.
