Strategic Partner Manager

Als Strategic Partner Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het selecteren van strategische partners die waarde toevoegen aan onze organisatie. Je analyseert voortdurend markttrends, gegevens en inzichten om de juiste partners te identificeren die onze doelstellingen ondersteunen. Vanuit deze analyse werk je in een community samen met andere suppliermanagers en partnermanagers binnen onze groep, waarbij kennisuitwisseling en gezamenlijke inzichten resulteren in het selecteren van de meest waardevolle partners voor onze organisatie. Deze synergie stimuleert de kennisuitwisseling en gezamenlijke inzichten, wat resulteert in het selecteren van de meest waardevolle partners voor onze organisatie.
Jouw rol:
- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategie voor het aantrekken en behouden van strategische partners;
- Actieve betrokkenheid bij onze strategische partners om hun doelstellingen te begrijpen en te aligneren met de doelen van onze organisatie;
- Het opstellen van strategische accountplannen en commerciële afspraken gebaseerd op grondige analyse, KPI's en de gedeelde doelen met partners;
- Het regelmatig onderhouden van contact met partners, zowel online als op locatie, om tevredenheid te meten, te analyseren en verbetersuggesties aan te dragen;
- Proactief identificeren en benaderen van potentiële partners om wederzijdse groei te realiseren;
- Organiseren van sessies voor onze strategische partners om hun betrokkenheid te vergroten en op de hoogte te blijven van marktontwikkelingen, evenals deelnemen aan relevante evenementen om ons netwerk uit te breiden en de concurrentiepositie te begrijpen.
- Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoeken we naar kandidaten met:_
- Een hbo
- of wo-diploma en/of vergelijkbaar werk
- en denkniveau;
- 3 - 5 jaar ervaring in functies zoals Partner Succes Manager, Client Partnerships Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Partnership Manager of vergelijkbare sales
- en partnermanagementfuncties;
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een partnerstrategie;
- Ervaring met het maken van strategische accountplannen, commerciële afspraken en het vastleggen van KPI's;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
**Aanvullende competenties die we waarderen**:
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige zakelijke relaties;
- Vaardigheden in projectmanagement om strategieën effectief te implementeren en projecten binnen partnerschappen te coördineren;
- Kennis van de branche waarin de HeadFirst Group opereert, waardoor begrip ontstaat voor de markt en de behoeften van partners;
- Competenties in het analyseren van markttrends en gegevens om strategische beslissingen te onderbouwen;
- Bewezen staat van dienst in het behalen van groeidoelstellingen en het genereren van waarde via partnerschappen;
- Ervaring met Power BI of vergelijkbare tools voor gegevensanalyse wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd.
