A trip usually starts with a flight. The Flights team's mission is to offer a wide selection of flights, great value for money and the easiest end-to-end booking experience. We partner with our Strategic partner Etraveli Group to make our mission a reality and have ambitious joint goals over the next years.
The role will report to the Product Operations Manager based in Amsterdam and be part of our newly formed Strategic Partnership Operations team.
**What you will do**:
- Lead the end to end execution of specific projects within the Customer Service, Finance and Post Booking spaces. You will own projects from scoping, building the business case and closure of the project/initiative
- Identify and drive the set-up, kick-off and execution of new/improved business as usual processes between Flights and internal stakeholders within your focus areas.
- Actively run coordination of various work streams within customer service, finance and post booking including implementing a governance cycle and escalation processes
- Drive change management within the Flights department to adopt new processes and ways of working
- Drive continuous improvement within your focus areas and be able to display the impact you portray
**Who you are**:
- Strong experience within project management
- A fast learner
- Experience in customer service principles (some financial knowledge is preferred but not required)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and functions
- Someone who can balance multiple initiatives at a time and are able to prioritise based on business needs and impact
- Proactive and able to identify process improvements opportunities
- Good commercial awareness and are able to understand basics of business drivers
- You are comfortable working with teams and stakeholders based in different locations (Amsterdam, Stockholm, London and Athens)
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Help provide complex information in a simple manner
- Great written and verbal presentation skills
- Able to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, with little direction and/or supervision
- Able to adapt, succeed and deliver in a changing environment, including delivery of process, documentation and accompanying governance structures through to BAU.
**Role Qualifications and Requirements**:
Your experience:
- Experience of project management
- Strong experience of process improvements and change management
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing at management level (up to Director)
- Strong verbal and meticulous written communication skills
- Data analysis experience
- Ability to clearly express ideas and information to others and flex your style according to the specific situation and audience;
- Organized, proactive, common sense and results oriented;
- Self-aware with an appetite for self-improvement, handling and developing your experience and skills;
- Ability to think strategically, multi-task, and work effectively and efficiently with minimum direction, taking ownership of responsibilities and initiatives;#
**Requirements**:
- The role requires regular business travel to our Strategic partner (Sweden - Stockholm and Gothenburg or Greece -Athens) once per month.
