Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Lore Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Services Operations Lead.

As a F&B Services Operations Lead you focus on organizing the workplace together with working and supervising (the F&B Services Operations Employees) in the execution of work such as; preparing and checking banquet groups, setting up meeting rooms, replenishing buffets, timely discussing Function sheets with the F&B operations employees and the kitchen, taking orders, serving drinks & dishes, clearing and settling in the various venues (Pulitzer Garden, in-room dining, and banqueting)

Key Responsibilities:

Take orders, provide proactive information, consult kitchen management regarding special guest requests.

Assist in setting up buffets, function rooms, etc.

Identify anticipated shortcomings to prevent disruptions in service flow.

Prepare and manage the cash register.

Conduct briefings and handovers effectively.

Allocate tasks, provide instructions, monitor progress and quality.

Guide and train new employees, interns, and trainees.

Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the restaurant industry; preferably in a hotel

A high level of ownership, as you will be responsible for running the venues independently.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.
