Do you have experience in developing and managing client relationships to maximise business and grow revenue opportunities?

GES are currently looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team based in Amsterdam.

**Role Purpose**:
To deliver, to the highest level, GES services to the organiser both in the office and on site on all allocated Events. To develop and manage client relationships to achieve and maximise client revenue and operating income.

**What you will do.**

Duties include:

- Be a positive ambassador of the company, actively promoting GES services.
- Deliver allocated events across all venues around Amsterdam, the UK and Europe to the GES standard on time and within budget.
- Provide a single point of contact for the client for all services and ensure client satisfaction is met, if not, exceeding expectations.
- Communicate the client’s requirements using the appropriate internal documentation, managing information flow both internally throughout GES and externally with the client and third party suppliers during the planning stages.
- Manage onsite resources during build & break of the event, liaising with division Operations and maintaining open communication with the client.
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner in order to exceed client expectations and customer service levels, whilst managing expectations.
- Review the P&L on all allocated shows and accurately forecast all LOB's final total revenues when requested.
- Review and identify any margin improvement opportunities on all allocated shows working
- Identify any additional service opportunities on all allocated events and formulate a plan to acquire the additional work, presenting back to the Head of Client Relations.
- Track exhibitor revenue in the lead to an Event, to ensure budgets are on target, liaising with Customer Care team and lead generations teams to fulfil and exceed these budgets.
- Renegotiate event contracts in a timely manner to ensure minimum exposure to risk, in conjunction with the Head of Client Relations.
- Ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of all GES products

**Relationships**

You will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, to facilitate growth and integration across the business.

**Salary**

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

**Hours of work**

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required.

**Annual leave**

Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
