You, as CRM & Client Manager, play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our clients and prospects throughout all our departments. You are responsible for the CRM and development, execution, and refinement of strategies to decrease client churn, retain and improve existing client relations, attract new clients and most important improve client synergy between the different desk and departments. This includes managing client data, analyzing client interactions, and implementing effective synergy strategies. Your tasks and responsibilities will be focusing on:
- Manage and optimize our CRM platform (**Zoho**) to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Train and support team members in using the CRM system effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM initiatives.
- Analyze client data and interactions to gain insights and identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, front-office, and back-office to ensure that the CRM strategies align with the overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted client communication campaigns.
- Ensuring greater cohesion across markets and departments.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, marketing, sales or similar education.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques in a fast-paced environment/scale-up is preferable.
- Excellent analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and a structured way of working.
- Driven, responsible and entrepreneurial. Enthusiastic, communicative, and socially skilled in combination with the quality to get colleagues moving (you get things done).
