**Dit ga je doen**:
Stap in de rol van CRM Manager bij Budget Thuis en krijg de kans om onze klantenrelaties naar nieuwe hoogte te brengen Als gedreven professional met een scherp inzicht in klantbehoeften en -gedrag, ben jij de sleutel tot het versterken en behouden van onze bestaande klantenbase. Ontwikkel innovatieve strategieën om de loyalty van klanten te vergroten, cross-selling te stimuleren en klanten enthousiast aan ons te blijven binden. In deze rol krijg je alle vrijheid om jouw kennis en vaardigheden volledig in te zetten om de gewenste resultaten te bereiken. Optimaliseer processen en systemen, overweeg de implementatie van een spaarprogramma en verbeter aanbiedingen voor klanten. Heb jij een goed idee? Dan gaan we daarmee direct aan de slag.
Maar dat is nog niet alles Jij bent niet alleen de drijvende kracht achter deze initiatieven; je geeft leiding aan een team van drie toegewijde professionals, bestaande uit twee retentiespecialisten en één cross-sell specialist. Samen vormen jullie een dynamisch team dat de uitdagingen met enthousiasme tegemoet treedt. Kortom, een kansrijke positie waarin je niet alleen jouw expertise kunt benutten, maar ook de ruimte krijgt om met passie het klantbehoud en de groei van Budget Thuis vorm te geven. Grijp deze kans en maak samen met ons het verschil in de wereld van klantrelaties
**Dit doe je graag***:
- Formuleren van een strategie om klantrelaties te versterken en klantenbinding te vergroten;
- Analyseren van bestaande processen en identificeren van mogelijkheden tot optimalisatie;
- Leidinggeven aan een team van drie professionals;
- Analyseren van klantgegevens om inzicht te krijgen in gedrag, voorkeuren en behoeften;
- Gebruiken van data-analyse om doelgerichte marketing
- en retentiestrategieën te ontwikkelen;
- Ontwikkelen van effectieve communicatie
- en betrokkenheidsstrategieën om klanten te binden.

- Strategisch denker bent met de vaardigheid om bedrijfsdoelstellingen te vertalen naar doeltreffende CRM-strategieën;
- Uitmuntende vaardigheden hebt in het ontwikkelen van doeltreffende strategieën om klanten te behouden en cross-selling te bevorderen;
- Vaardigheid in het optimaliseren van processen en systemen ter verbetering van de klantbeleving bezit;
- Projectmanagementvaardigheden hebt, evenals sterke analytische en interpretatieve vaardigheden;
- Een gepassioneerd individu bent met inzicht in klantrelaties en behoeften in de markt;
- Je ervaring hebt binnen de dienstensector.
