We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Account Manager to join our team at CPM Europe.
About UsCPM Europe is a leading provider of process equipment and technical solutions for the oilseed, animal feed, and bioenergy markets. Our company designs, manufactures, and supplies complete systems and standalone production units for processing bulk materials in the biomass industry, animal feed production, waste recycling, and energy generation.
Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with existing agents and end customers in assigned international areas. The successful candidate will conduct regular visits to prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and identify sales opportunities. A strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

- Conduct regular visits to prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and identify sales opportunities.
- Monitor market developments to recognize opportunities and threats, and respond effectively.
- Contribute to the growth of the Aftermarket organization by selling spare parts, service contracts, and new products for the installed base.
- Provide maximum support to agents both within and outside of Europe.
- Actively collaborate with the team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer engagement.
- Minimum of an MBO-technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by commercial training.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within an international technical organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of achieving commercial success.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages such as French and Arabic are an advantage.
- Already based in the Netherlands, with living and working rights.
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. The role also offers a competitive benefits package, including 27 vacation days plus 13 ATV days, an excellent pension plan, and solid travel and overtime compensation scheme.
