Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Liquids

Job Summary:

As a Technical Sales Manager for CPM Europe, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strategic initiatives by collaborating with the sales organization, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise. Your focus will be on segment, product line, and technology packages, as well as supporting sales activities, including customer technology needs assessment, alignment with engineering standards, and product sizing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build credible and strong relationships with customers through advocacy, coaching, and training.
  • Support sales growth opportunities, proposal development, and team selling approaches.
  • Actively support sales activities, including customer technology needs assessment, alignment with engineering standards, technology decision, product sizing, and strategic account planning.
  • Foster multiple relationships and communication pathways within a customer organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments.
  • Identify opportunities and advise on available technology or service solutions.
  • Clearly articulate Crown's technology offerings and advantages.
  • Obtain and coordinate data and recommendations to Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Resolve customer issues with products, projects, and service as needed.

Segment and Product Line Development:

  • Collaborate with Global Segment Commercial Leads, Engineering, and other Technical Sales Product Managers to develop cohesive standard global product offerings.
  • Develop and manage standard product line sales tool-kits, including sizing programs, sales flow diagrams, mass balances, and a library of sales presentations.
  • Support technology discussions to close the deal in an efficient and professional manner.
