Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities in the office, ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Lenovo's digital and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of mail and couriers, and manage company parking arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies, beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administer Lenovo's car fleet and manage third-party facility services providers and cleaning companies.
  • Act as the focal point for environmental affairs, utility services, and real estate.
  • Manage pension administration and ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the local management, HR, Finance, and employees on a need-to-basis.
  • Manage the purchase order process and administer the invoicing process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in office management and/or financial administration.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Customer-focused and self-independent worker.
  • Knowledge of office administration and experience with data information systems.
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
