Job Summary
The Office Manager at Lenovo is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes coordinating administrative activities, providing support to local management, HR, Finance, and employees, and managing day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities in the office, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage Lenovo's digital and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of mail and couriers, and manage company parking arrangements.
- Manage office stationery, beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Act as the focal point for environmental affairs, utility services, and real estate.
- Administer Lenovo's compulsory statistics reporting to authorities and manage the Car Fleet administration.
- Indirectly manage third-party facility services providers and cleaning companies.
- Provide administrative support to employees, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage the purchase order process and administer the invoicing process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in office management and/or financial administration.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused and self-independent worker.
- Knowledge of office administration and data information systems.
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
