Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Professional at Page Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating communication between account managers and dealers. Your primary focus will be on handling B2B and B2C orders efficiently, providing top-notch customer support through various channels, and ensuring seamless operations. Your friendly, customer-focused approach will be instrumental in maintaining positive client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming B2B and B2C orders independently, ensuring timely handling.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, addressing them promptly via phone and email.
  • Offer support to the field sales team to enhance overall performance.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the showroom by guiding consumers through the available options.
  • Support trade shows, in-house exhibitions, and other events to promote business growth.
  • Be available to assist other departments as needed.
