Responsibilities:
- Process incoming B2B and B2C orders independently, ensuring timely handling.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, addressing them promptly via phone and email.
- Offer support to the field sales team to enhance overall performance.
- Perform various administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the showroom by guiding consumers through the available options.
- Support trade shows, in-house exhibitions, and other events to promote business growth.
- Be available to assist other departments as needed.
