As an EHS Specialist at Prothya Biosolutions, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our colleagues. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS training programs and policies.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in EHS-related projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, occupational health and safety).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS in a GMP environment, chemical industry, or process industry.
  • Practical knowledge of EHS management systems, environmental incidents, and incident investigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
