  • Be responsible for the Coffee Corner and ensure office supplies, flowers, and other orders are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate guest and employee badges, as well as run parking lot access.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including scheduling meeting rooms, handling logistics, and assisting with internal and international meetings.
  • Handle pool cars and rental car orders in collaboration with I-procurement.
  • Handle visa-related matters, including requests, invitation letters, and guarantee letters.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager on personnel events and other office-related tasks.
  • Post content on Intranet & Narrowcasting and lead office-related communications, including mailbox administration.
  • Work closely with different departments (Catering, Facility, Marketing) on tasks like meeting arrangements, security, and gift distribution.
Requirements
  • Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Dutch and English.
  • Secretary degree (MBO-4 level) or equivalent level in a related field.
  • Computer Literate with MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Verbal and written communication skills proficient in French.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing job, office assistant, or equivalent position is a plus.
