Job OverviewWe're seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth. As the primary point of contact for new clients, you'll ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience. You'll work closely with clients to guide them through the setup process, address technical configurations, and equip them to use our software effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize onboarding KPIs such as time-to-launch, customer satisfaction, and onboarding completion rates.
- Provide expert guidance to new clients through email, live chat, and phone support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical setup and integration issues.
- Identify common challenges during onboarding and propose process improvements.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and documentation to facilitate client proficiency in our platform.
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in onboarding or customer success.
- Technical expertise with a basic understanding of APIs, JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
