As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping new clients transition to our platform. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored support
- Develop and deliver training sessions to help clients get the most out of our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
- Provide valuable feedback to our Product team to inform product development
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the European Union
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Bilingual - fluent in English and German
