Position Overview

Perrigo is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager for our OTC segment, focusing on our renowned Davitamon brand.

Role Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will oversee brand and marketing initiatives within the Dutch market. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, fellow Brand Managers, and Marketing Assistants, you will play a crucial part in the advancement of our OTC offerings and the Davitamon brand.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Market Analysis: Conducting thorough evaluations of brand performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and action plans.
  • Innovation Management: Acting as the commercial lead for new product development, you will collaborate with central teams to establish and execute long-term innovation strategies.
  • Financial Oversight: Managing the P&L for OTC products and Davitamon, ensuring sales growth and profitability through proactive financial monitoring and adjustments.
  • Media Strategy: Developing and assessing marketing campaigns tailored to OTC products, ensuring alignment with established KPIs.
  • Communication Development: Crafting comprehensive communication strategies and coordinating asset creation with central marketing teams.
  • Consumer Research: Partnering with central teams to gather and analyze consumer insights, translating findings into compelling market propositions.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A strong interest in OTC products or dietary supplements.
  • Proactive and independent work ethic with a natural curiosity.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in FMCG or OTC marketing roles.
  • A relevant university degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in product innovation, business marketing, and P&L management.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, media planning, and asset production.
  • Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a corporate setting.
