Job Summary

The Office Manager at Lenovo will oversee the day-to-day activities in the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as fluency in Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Lenovo's digital and physical filing systems in compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services
  • Coordinate company parking and maintain office stationery and beverages
  • Manage the Car Fleet administration and Lenovo's compulsory statistics reporting
  • Indirectly manage third-party facility services providers and cleaning company
  • Act as the focal point for environmental affairs, utility services, and real estate
  • Responsible for Pension administration and ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Backup for Accounts Payable during vacation and sickness
  • Manage the purchase order process and accurately administer the invoicing process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Previous experience in office management and/or financial administration
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused and self-independent worker
  • Knowledge of office administration and experience with data information systems
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
