Administrative Coordinator with Dutch and English Language Skills

Job Summary

The Office Manager at Lenovo is responsible for organizing and coordinating all administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role acts as a focal point for day-to-day issues related to administration, back office, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities in the office
  • Manage Lenovo's digital and physical filing systems in compliance with GDPR
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Arrange company parking
  • Maintain office stationery and beverages
  • Manage the Car Fleet administration
  • Administer Lenovo's compulsory statistics reporting to authorities
  • Manage third-party facility services providers and cleaning company
  • Focal point for environmental affairs, utility services, and real estate
  • Responsible for Pension administration
  • Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Other relevant duties and projects management may require

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Previous experience in office management and/or financial administration
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Customer-focused and self-independent worker
  • Knowledge of office administration and data information systems
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
