About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational and commercial activities of the Amsterdam site for the Fuels division in the Netherlands. This includes managing existing and new client relations, optimizing the profit and loss statement, and delivering high-quality services to clients. Additionally, the job holder will serve as an ambassador to disseminate the company's strategic growth plan among stakeholders, ensuring compliance with BV Group standards and local legislation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a functional overview of the Amsterdam site, fostering collaboration among employees across all sites.
  • Manage and optimize the profit and loss statement for the Amsterdam site and related services.
  • Drive growth and improvement of the Amsterdam location in the industry business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Fuels NL management team to stimulate cooperation between sites and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction in Amsterdam, addressing concerns with relevant stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Completed HBO level in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (both functional and hierarchical).
  • Thorough knowledge and experience related to BV Fuels business is an asset.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English language, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
