The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a talented Prestige Beauty Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail sales targets by brand and store. You will work closely with our Sales Manager to develop a top-door strategy and manage our beauty experts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong business partnerships, maintaining competitor and market awareness, and developing strategies to ensure our brands outgrow competitors.

As a Prestige Beauty Territory Manager, you will prepare and plan strong implementation plans for staff coverage across all retail locations, with a focus on top doors. You will implement strategies to ensure targets are achieved and where possible exceeded. You will monitor key success metrics, including sales, conversion, productivity, expenses, and net promoter score. You will actively exploit business opportunities to deliver stretch plans and persevere during challenging times.

You will make recommendations to our Sales Manager and Brand Managers on yearly targets and on-store site selection. You will attract, lead, and develop your team to achieve the sales plan and deliver high-touch customer service. You will set the tone for excellence in execution in all field staff, actively role-modeling effective selling techniques. You will develop and upskill your team in retail management techniques and drive commercial performance improvement.

You will ensure operational efficiencies and completion of procedures according to retail regional and affiliate retail guidelines, brand guidelines, and company standards. You will ensure all activities respect brand standards and visual integrity of stores.
