Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at ING, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-end real estate clients. You will work closely with our account managers to understand the needs of our clients and provide them with expert advice on real estate financing and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the real estate market
  • Provide expert advice on real estate financing and sustainability
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and provide solutions
  • Act as a lead generator for other ING segments and real estate specialists
  • Manage and maintain an existing client portfolio of approximately 40-45 clients
  • Act as a deal captain for financing applications and restructuring
  • Provide risk management advice to clients
  • Actively involve clients in opportunities for OTD and Groenbank
  • Manage the RE CST based on client requests and monitor communication timelines
  • Prepare an annual plan for developments and acquisition opportunities
