About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inbound and outbound support issues, and communicating across teams to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized technical solutions to clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound support issues via email and phone
  • Communicate across teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide valuable feedback to the development team
  • Contribute to the FareHarbor help documentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with others
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem-solve
  • Shift flexibility and availability to work during weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual: English and Dutch
  • Legally authorized to work in the European Union
