We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Pricing Insights Specialist to join our ambitious team at Kramp. This role will be the foundation behind price monitoring, evaluation, and deep-insights generation, empowering the entire Pricing department.
This dual-facing role requires both commercial and technical expertise. You will be the first point of contact for monitoring trends in performance coming from the markets, and your insights will power the corrective actions of the International Price Management team and Local/Regional Pricing Managers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and generate intelligence on commercial performance of the Markets in collaboration with the Int'l Price Management team.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing commercial dash-boarding capabilities, continually improving systems and processes.
- Prompt commercial decision makers by monitoring complex trends such as customer journey development, customer lifetime value, assortment development, etc.
- Collaborate with the Pricing BI Manager to conduct periodic structural pricing analysis, monitor price realization, and convert data into actionable intelligence.
- Engage with central and local Pricing teams on key observations and implications for future strategy.
- Monitor and report on the success of strategic pricing initiatives.
You Will Work Effectively in a Small Team, carrying out critical functions of Price evaluation, monitoring, and intelligence.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Masters in a quantitative field, e.g., Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, data management, or a technical pricing role, preferably at a wholesaler.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.
- Solid knowledge of pricing and discounting strategies.
- A technical mindset enabling you to work deeply with BI tools and data, as well as coordinate with IT developers in defining future tools for the Pricing department's success and growth over time.
We Offer:
An attractive salary ranging between €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, based on the Dutch collective labor agreement for wholesalers and retailers (CAO Detailhandel).
In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect:
- 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full-time contract).
- Flexible working hours and location (Utrecht, Varsseveld, home office).
