Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Communication and Change Agent to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and execute communication plans to effectively disseminate important information to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Identify Communication Goals and Objectives: Determine key communication goals, target audiences, key messages, and suitable communication channels (e.g., company-wide announcements, newsletters, intranet, meetings, etc.).
  • Ensure Consistency in Messaging: Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels to ensure a unified brand voice.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Identify and engage key stakeholders affected by proposed changes, including employees, management, and suppliers.
  • Develop and Distribute Communication Materials: Create and distribute communication materials such as memos, presentations, FAQs, and training materials to support change initiatives.
  • Organize and Facilitate Meetings and Workshops: Coordinate and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide information, gather feedback, and promote understanding of changes.
  • Monitor Communication Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed based on feedback and engagement levels.
  • Establish Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and implement mechanisms for gathering feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • Personality and Working Style: Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and proactive working style, empathetic team player, sensitivity to group processes.
  • Experience and Know-How: Professional and project experience in change management, ideally in an international corporate environment.
  • Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills, as well as conceptual strength.
  • Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English.
