About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Communication and Change Agent to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a key member of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and execute effective communication plans to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of critical information to employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
  • Identify Communication Goals and Objectives: Determine key communication objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ensure Consistency in Messaging: Maintain a unified brand voice and messaging across all communication channels to reinforce our company's values and mission.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and change management.
  • Develop and Distribute Communication Materials: Create and disseminate relevant communication materials, such as memos, presentations, FAQs, and training materials, to support change initiatives.
  • Facilitate Meetings and Workshops: Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide information, gather feedback, and promote understanding of changes.
  • Monitor Communication Effectiveness: Assess the impact of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed to optimize engagement and outcomes.
  • Establish Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and implement processes to gather feedback from stakeholders and assess the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • Personality and Working Style: Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and proactive working style, empathetic team player, and sensitivity to group processes.
  • Experience and Know-How: Professional and project experience in change management, ideally in an international corporate environment.
  • Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills, as well as conceptual strength.
  • Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English.
