Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Communication and Change Agent to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and execute effective communication plans to disseminate critical information to employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
  • Identify Communication Goals and Target Audiences: Determine key communication objectives, target audiences, and messaging to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
  • Ensure Consistency in Messaging: Maintain a unified tone and message across all communication channels to avoid confusion and miscommunication.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Identify and involve essential stakeholders, including employees, management, and suppliers, to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Develop and Distribute Communication Materials: Create and disseminate relevant communication materials, such as memos, presentations, FAQs, and training materials, to support change initiatives.
  • Organize and Facilitate Meetings and Workshops: Coordinate and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide information, gather feedback, and promote understanding of changes.
  • Monitor Communication Effectiveness: Assess the impact of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed to optimize engagement and understanding.
  • Establish Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and implement processes to gather feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • Personality and Working Practice: Strong communication skills, a goal-oriented and proactive working style, empathetic team player, and sensitivity to group processes.
  • Experience and Know-How: Professional and project experience in change management, preferably in an international corporate environment.
  • Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills, as well as conceptual strength.
  • Languages: A very good command of written and spoken English.
