About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Communication and Change Agent to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a key member of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and execute effective communication plans to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Identify Communication Goals and Objectives: Determine key communication goals, target audiences, key messages, and suitable communication channels to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure Consistency in Messaging: Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels to avoid confusion and ensure a unified brand image.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Identify and engage key stakeholders affected by proposed changes, including employees, management, and suppliers, to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Develop and Distribute Communication Materials: Create and disseminate communication materials such as memos, presentations, FAQs, and training materials to support change initiatives.
  • Organize and Facilitate Meetings and Workshops: Coordinate and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide information, gather feedback, and promote understanding of changes.
  • Monitor Communication Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed based on feedback and engagement levels.
  • Establish Feedback Mechanisms: Develop and implement mechanisms for gathering feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification is required.
  • Personality and Working Style: Strong communication skills, a goal-oriented and proactive working style, empathetic team player, and sensitivity to group processes are essential.
  • Experience and Know-How: Professional and project experience in change management, ideally in an international corporate environment, is highly valued.
  • Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills, as well as conceptual strength, are necessary for success in this role.
  • Languages: A very good command of written and spoken English is required.
