Global Sales Capabilities Manager

About the Role:
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Global Senior Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales performance across our diverse product portfolio by developing and delivering impactful training programs for our global salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges and opportunities, and develop new sales capabilities and solutions.
- Design and develop sales training programs tailored to diverse global markets, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
- Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials, including presentations, case studies, and online learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner that fosters knowledge retention and application.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous program optimization.
