About the Role:

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Global Sales Capabilities Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful training programs for our global salesforce, ensuring successful adoption of new sales tools and processes, and driving improved sales performance across our diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges and opportunities, and develop new sales capabilities and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Design and develop Sales Capabilities Agenda based on local market needs, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
  • Review and select best external vendors to support driving and building sales capabilities programs.
  • Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials, including presentations, case studies, and online learning modules.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Coach and engage regional sales managers and local champions on effectively delivering training programs aligned with Kraft Heinz's specific sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection.

  • Experience in sales and project management.
  • Ability to connect with different stakeholders and areas to guarantee timeline and alignment.
