Wij zijn op zoek naar een Junior Quality Assurance Officer die zich aangesloten voelt bij onze missie om duurzame ingrediënten te creëren op basis van natuurlijke grondstoffen. Als lid van ons Quality Assurance team, zul je een cruciale rol spelen in het borgen van de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden in onze fabriek in Gorinchem.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Borgen van de controle en onderhoud van het Kwaliteit Management Systeem.
  • Beoordelen van batch- en grondstoffen documentatie.
  • Uitvoeren van operationele kwaliteitsprocessen
  • Het ondersteunen van de customer relations afdeling bij het verwerken van questionnaires en beantwoorden van klantenvragen.
  • Het onderzoeken van afwijkingen en klachten en het initiëren van correctieve en preventieve maatregelen
  • Proactief andere afdelingen ondersteunen met het signaleren, onderzoeken en adviseren in het nemen van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen op gebied van productkwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid, voedselveiligheid en/of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Het uitvoeren van interne audits en ondersteuning bij klanten audits en audits van certificerende instanties.
  • Uitvoeren van risico evaluaties, verbeteren en optimaliseren van kwaliteitssystemen en QA processen.
  • Meehelpen met de ontwikkeling en verbetering van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de eisen van de geldende certificeringen.
  • Het begeleiden van de implementatie van nieuwe producten in de productie omgeving.
Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding farmakunde / pharmacology, levensmiddelentechnologie / food technology, chemistry of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelen- of farmaceutische industrie is een plus maar niet strikt noodzakelijk
  • Je bent 4-5 dagen per week beschikbaar.
  • Je bent betrokken, daadkrachtig, communicatief vaardig en je hebt een proactieve houding.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met verbetertrajecten.
  • Je hebt interesse in GFSI standaarden zoals FSSC 22000, IFS of BRC
  • Je bent bereid je te verdiepen in Good Manufacturing Practice (ICH Q7 / EU GMP)
  • Je schrijft en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
