Job Opportunity

Shimano is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support three members of the Executive Committee. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in enabling effective decision-making by coordinating activities, handling administrative tasks, and providing critical information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, events, and travel itineraries with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain accurate administration of files, records, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Update relevant databases and reporting tools to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports for management, including summarizing data as requested.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure departmental processes and outputs function effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an assistant, preferably in an international environment (Japanese company is a plus).
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with a knack for multitasking and managing priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, Dutch is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel.
