About the RoleAs the Senior HR Business Partner for Benelux, you will play a key role in shaping our people agenda, partnering closely with the EMEA HR Director and the Benelux Managing Director to drive business growth and success. You will be responsible for building and implementing local and broader EMEA/Group people initiatives, driving workforce planning, organisational design, and capability assessments.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and success
- Partner with senior leadership to build strong leadership capabilities and navigate different styles and personalities
- Lead a small team of HR Business Partners, mentoring and developing their skills to support their career progression
- Review people data to identify trends and recommend actions to enhance employee experience and performance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source top Dyson talent and build a robust talent pipeline
- Degree and CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to diagnose problems and deliver tactical solutions
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience coaching managers at all levels
- Commercially savvy, able to integrate HR and business strategies
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
