Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst Intern to join our Digital Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Your Assignment

As a Business Process Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the identification, documentation, and assessment of internal operational processes in Digital Communications;
  • Registering identified gaps, pain points, and risks in close dialogue with process owners and subject matter experts;
  • Collecting, documenting, and assessing business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Participating in project life cycle-related activities such as planning, scoping, solution design, implementation, and outcome assessment.
Your Profile

To be a strong candidate for this internship, you should possess:

  • A bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for process modeling;
  • A curious and motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset;
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented and enjoy working with data;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
