About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our TMT & Healthcare sector team in Amsterdam. As a Coverage Banker, you will play a key role in managing our relationships with international corporate clients in the EMEA region, with a focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry leaders and sector participants.
  • Sector Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Deal Origination: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with team members and local relationship managers to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Transaction Management: Lead teams involved in transactions, managing deal flow and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality customer due diligence and transaction execution.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and train Associates and Analysts in the team, providing mentorship and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in deal origination and transaction management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
