The Role

As a Compliance and Data Protection Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that ING's data protection practices are in line with global regulations. You will work closely with our Data Protection Policy & Advisory team to develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection best practices

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in data protection or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and other global data protection regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
