Job Title: Brand Manager, BENELUX

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

Overview:

About the Role:

As a Brand Manager, BENELUX, you will be responsible for developing a commercial plan, portfolio management, and in-store marketing activities for various channels and major customers. You will be accountable for BENELUX Net Sales and Market Shares. You will serve as the main point of contact for the Belgium/Luxembourg market and be responsible for the commercialization of all SCJ consumer brands within this market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a New Products Launch Plan, including distribution, price, and promotional strategy.
  • Analyze market data and identify shopper insights, translating them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales.
  • Develop and implement activation plans for all brands, including e-commerce assets, promo packs, displays, and other POS materials.
  • Develop trade presentations and be able to present them to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support the Customer Marketing Lead in building an accurate forecast via the local S&OP process.
  • Lead conversations and presentations with the regional marketing team.

Experience You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Sales.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or a Retailer.
  • Native Dutch, fluent in English (both written and oral), and French is a plus.
  • Mobile within Europe.
  • Previous experience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen) and project management (e.g., In-Store Campaigns).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
