Brand Manager, BENELUX Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager, BENELUX Marketing Lead to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial plan for the BENELUX region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive business growth and revenue in the BENELUX market.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new product launch plans, including distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze market data and identify key shopper insights to inform commercial decisions.
  • Develop and implement activation plans for all brands in the BENELUX region.
  • Develop and present trade presentations to stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams.
  • Support the Customer Marketing Lead in building an accurate forecast and driving business results.
  • Lead conversations with the regional marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in trade/customer marketing or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Native Dutch language proficiency, with fluency in English and French a plus.
  • Mobile within Europe.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
