About the RoleThis is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the global market landscape and international environment. You'll be responsible for managing several range planning contents, including global collection management, North America licensee takeback, and Asia Pacific regions specific needs.
As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Design, Product Development, and North America market teams to create business results that are profitable and brand-enhancing. You'll also be responsible for building multiple assortments that are visually aligned to our brand strategy and meet each sales need for various regions and channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global collection management strategies that drive business results and meet brand objectives.
- Manage range planning contents, including global collection management, North America licensee takeback, and Asia Pacific regions specific needs.
- Build multiple assortments that are visually aligned to our brand strategy and meet each sales need for various regions and channels.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and North America market teams to create business results that are profitable and brand-enhancing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including design and product development teams.
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising and product management.
- Proven experience in premium womens apparel focused products/brands with global market landscape and international environment.
- Strong understanding of womens products for North America and Europe markets.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide detailed reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate ideas into compelling products and business storytelling.
- Team player with proven strong and inspirational leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, matrix-based multiple seasons environment.
