About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Commercial team at Mews. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a new arm of the business on a global scale.

Your Mission

  • Present a high-level introduction of Mews to potential clients and prospects.
  • Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Drive and organize meetings between prospective clients and the Sales team.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on activity and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with all new Mews products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a similar SaaS BDR position.
  • Based in the Netherlands or Belgium and fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Previous hospitality experience.
  • A desire to forge a career in hospitality tech sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company, both independently or as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented with a mindset focused on being the voice of the customer internally.
  • Highly motivated, structured, and organized.
  • Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt to new situations.
