Hotel Tech Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Commercial team at Mews. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a new arm of the business on a global scale.
Your Mission
- Present a high-level introduction of Mews to potential clients and prospects.
- Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Qualify leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Drive and organize meetings between prospective clients and the Sales team.
- Report to the Business Development Manager on activity and results.
- Stay up-to-date with all new Mews products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within a similar SaaS BDR position.
- Based in the Netherlands or Belgium and fluent in Dutch and English.
- Previous hospitality experience.
- A desire to forge a career in hospitality tech sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced company, both independently or as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with a mindset focused on being the voice of the customer internally.
- Highly motivated, structured, and organized.
- Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt to new situations.
