Business Development Manager

Thales has ambitious plans for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio. The introduction of the OneWelcome Customer IAM (CIAM) platform has led to larger and more complex deals, integrating different Thales products. To accelerate the go-to-market of new solutions, manage large deals, and work on offerings across business lines, a Business Acceleration Team IAM has been established. Bid management is a key part of this team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire process of preparing, managing, and submitting bids and proposals for Thales' IAM solutions, projects, contracts, and business opportunities.
- Combine strategic thinking, commercial sensitivity, project management, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization's offerings and market dynamics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute bid strategies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the IAM market.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
